- Drive the store's business success by achieving and exceeding sales targets with a strong commercial acumen and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and utilizing cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support the management team in operational activities, including KPI analysis and conducting morning briefings.
- Foster a collaborative team spirit, supporting colleagues in achieving individual and collective goals.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring each client's journey with CELINE is memorable.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain CELINE's standards of compliance, ensuring efficient store operations.
- Participate actively in store operations such as visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the brand's values and excellence in client interactions.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury fashion and deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Initiative, sense of service, curiosity, open-mindedness, and empathy.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.

At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry is required.
