1. Drive the store's business success by achieving and exceeding sales targets with a strong commercial acumen and comprehensive product knowledge.
2. Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and utilizing cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Support the management team in operational activities, including KPI analysis and conducting morning briefings.
