- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Incorporate extensive product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction values.
- Lead and empower the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service.
- Manage floor supervision to enhance sales results.
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service daily.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues.
- Empower associates to make decisions that benefit customer service.
- Utilize POS system effectively for inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with store opening and closing procedures.
- Administer follow-up and paperwork accurately and timely.
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to uphold merchandising standards.
- Support the Regional Visual Manager in planning and implementing visual environments.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Supervise the team and enforce company policies.
- Identify training needs in partnership with the store manager.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Proficient in mediating and resolving issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in general software (Word, Excel, etc.).
A minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
