1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Incorporate extensive product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction values.
3. Lead and empower the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Coordinate client relationship resources to enhance service quality.
5. Manage floor supervision to optimize sales outcomes.
6. Support Store Manager in team development and integration of new staff.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and support Client Advisors as needed.
8. Oversee stock, store operations, and visual merchandising as required.
9. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve service issues.
10. Utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management.
11. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
12. Administer accurate and timely follow-up and paperwork.
13. Meet inventory accuracy and shrinkage requirements.
14. Collaborate with Visual Manager to uphold merchandising standards.
15. Support Regional Visual Manager in planning and implementing visual environments.
16. Conduct regular sales reviews and take corrective actions as necessary.
17. Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
18. Supervise team and enforce company policies, including disciplinary actions.
19. Identify training needs in collaboration with the Store Manager.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in using general software such as Word and Excel.
