- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Incorporate extensive product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction values.
- Lead and empower the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate client relationship resources to enhance service quality.
- Manage floor supervision to optimize sales outcomes.
- Support Store Manager in team development and integration of new staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and support Client Advisors as needed.
- Oversee stock, store operations, and visual merchandising as required.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve service issues.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer accurate and timely follow-up and paperwork.
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrinkage requirements.
- Collaborate with Visual Manager to uphold merchandising standards.
- Support Regional Visual Manager in planning and implementing visual environments.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Supervise team and enforce company policies, including disciplinary actions.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using general software such as Word and Excel.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Customer service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in general software applications.
The role requires a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
