1. Achieve sales goals as set by headquarters.
2. Motivate and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
3. Utilize client relationship resources to provide elevated service to clients.
4. Supervise the sales floor to ensure maximum sales results.
5. Assist sales associates with customer service issues and empower them to make decisions.
6. Utilize POS system effectively for inventory management.
7. Open and close the store in accordance with company policies.
8. Ensure inventory accuracy and meet shrink requirements.
9. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to maintain merchandising standards.
10. Support the Regional Visual Manager in executing a compelling visual environment.
11. Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
12. Supervise the team and enforce company policies.
13. Identify training needs in partnership with the store manager.

1. 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
3. College degree or equivalent.

A minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

College degree or equivalent.

$26-29 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
