- Achieve sales goals as set by headquarters.
- Motivate and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
- Utilize client relationship resources to provide elevated service to clients.
- Supervise the sales floor to ensure maximum sales results.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and empower them to make decisions.
- Utilize POS system effectively for inventory management.
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and meet shrink requirements.
- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to maintain merchandising standards.
- Support the Regional Visual Manager in executing a compelling visual environment.
- Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Supervise the team and enforce company policies.
- Identify training needs in partnership with the store manager.
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- College degree or equivalent.
- Action-oriented with a drive for results.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Conflict mediation and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in general software (Word, Excel, etc.).
A minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
College degree or equivalent.
$26-29 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
