- Achieve sales goals as established by headquarters.
- Motivate and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
- Utilize client relationship resources effectively to provide elevated service.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues, empowering them to make decisions for optimal service.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and POS system utilization.
- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to maintain merchandising standards and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Supervise the team, enforce company policies, and identify training needs in collaboration with the store manager.
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- College degree or equivalent.
- Action-oriented with a drive for results.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Conflict mediation and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
College degree or equivalent.
$27-30 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
