1. Achieve sales goals set by headquarters and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service to maximize sales results.
2. Utilize client relationship resources to provide elevated service to all clients.
3. Assist sales associates with customer service issues, empowering them to make decisions that enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Effectively use the POS system for inventory management and ensure accurate opening and closing of the store.
5. Administer follow-up and paperwork accurately and promptly, meeting inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
6. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to maintain high merchandising standards and support the execution of a compelling visual environment.
7. Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings, identifying training needs in partnership with the store manager.

1. 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
2. 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
3. College degree or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
