- Achieve sales goals established by headquarters.
- Motivate and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
- Utilize client relationship resources to enhance customer service.
- Oversee floor supervision to optimize sales performance.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and empower them to make decisions.
- Effectively use the POS system for inventory management.
- Open and close the store in compliance with company policies, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Administer paperwork and follow-up tasks accurately and promptly.
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrinkage targets.
- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to uphold merchandising standards.
- Support the Regional Visual Manager in executing visual merchandising strategies.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Supervise the team and enforce company policies, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with the store manager.
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- College degree or equivalent.
- Action-oriented with a drive for results.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Strong customer service orientation and focus.
- Social perceptiveness and conflict resolution skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
A minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
College degree or equivalent.
