1. Achieve sales goals as set by headquarters.
2. Motivate and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
3. Utilize client relationship resources to provide elevated service to all clients.
4. Oversee floor supervision to optimize sales outcomes.
5. Assist sales associates with customer service issues and empower them to make decisions.
6. Utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management.
7. Open and close the store in accordance with company policies, ensuring financial accuracy.
8. Administer paperwork and follow-up tasks accurately and promptly.
9. Meet inventory accuracy and shrinkage requirements.
10. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to maintain merchandising standards.
11. Support the Regional Visual Manager in executing a compelling visual environment.
12. Conduct regular sales reviews and take corrective actions to enhance sales.
13. Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
14. Supervise the team and enforce company policies in the absence of Store Management.
15. Identify training needs in partnership with the store manager.

1. 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
3. College degree or equivalent.

7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
8. Proficiency in general software (Word, Excel, etc.).

Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, with luxury retail experience preferred.

College degree or equivalent.

$27 to $30 per hour.
