- Mentor associates to achieve an elevated customer experience and sales objectives.
- Maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Assist with daily supervision of the team.
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales.
- Lead sales team to provide high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service.
- Manage floor supervision to improve sales results.
- Support Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
- Demonstrate understanding of company policies and support Client Advisors.
- Maintain highest degree of customer service daily.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues.
- Empower associates to make decisions for good customer service.
- Utilize POS system and inventory management functions effectively.
- Open and close store following company policies and procedures.
- Administer follow-up and paperwork accurately and timely.
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
- Partner with Visual Manager to lead merchandising standards.
- Support Regional Visual Manager in planning and implementing visual environment.
- Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Supervise team and implement company policies in absence of Store Management.
- Identify individual and team training needs.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Business School, University degree or equivalent experience.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service oriented.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in general software (Word, Excel, etc.).
Position requires a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Business School, University degree or equivalent experience.
