1. Mentor associates to achieve an elevated customer experience and sales objectives.
2. Maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Assist with daily supervision of the team.
4. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
5. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales.
6. Lead sales team to provide high-quality customer service.
7. Coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service.
8. Manage floor supervision to improve sales results.
9. Support Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
10. Demonstrate understanding of company policies and support Client Advisors.
11. Maintain highest degree of customer service daily.
12. Assist sales associates with customer service issues.
13. Empower associates to make decisions for good customer service.
14. Utilize POS system and inventory management functions effectively.
15. Open and close store following company policies and procedures.
16. Administer follow-up and paperwork accurately and timely.
17. Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
18. Partner with Visual Manager to lead merchandising standards.
19. Support Regional Visual Manager in planning and implementing visual environment.
20. Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
21. Supervise team and implement company policies in absence of Store Management.
22. Identify individual and team training needs.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
3. Business School, University degree or equivalent experience.

Position requires a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Business School, University degree or equivalent experience.
