- Serve as an ambassador of the CELINE brand, adhering to grooming and uniform standards.
- Deliver exceptional client service in line with CELINE's selling ceremony.
- Cultivate and expand the local client network.
- Recruit and convert prospective clients while building enduring relationships.
- Maintain and update client information to enhance retention and identify high-potential clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory and inform management of product replenishment needs.
- Ensure accurate use of POS systems and participate in inventory counts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
- High sensitivity and knowledge of fashion and products.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A minimum of two years in sales, particularly within the fashion or luxury sectors, is required.
