1. Act as an ambassador of CELINE by adhering to grooming and uniform policies.
2. Maintain open and positive communication with team members.
3. Provide exceptional client service according to CELINE’s selling ceremony.
4. Drive local client network growth and recruit prospect clients.
5. Build lasting relationships with clients and provide follow-up.
6. Capture and update relevant client information to retain and detect new clients.
7. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
8. Achieve all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements.
9. Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
10. Track physical inventory and inform the manager about product replenishment.
11. Assist in maintaining visual standards according to CELINE visual standards.
12. Proficiently use POS and participate in inventory and cycle counts.
13. Ensure store functional maintenance and respect stock room guidelines.

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
3. Taste for challenge and team spirit.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

A minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
