1. Act as an ambassador of CELINE by adhering to grooming and uniform standards.
2. Provide exceptional client service according to CELINE’s selling ceremony.
3. Drive local client network growth and recruit prospective clients.
4. Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their desires and providing memorable service.
5. Capture and update client information to retain and identify high-potential clients.
6. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and achieve all sales associate KPIs.
7. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
8. Ensure accurate use of POS and participate in inventory management.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customers’ needs.
3. Strong team spirit and a taste for challenge.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.

A minimum of two years in sales, particularly within the fashion or luxury sector, is required.
