Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of CELINE by adhering to grooming and uniform policies.
- Maintain open and positive communication with team members.
- Provide exceptional client service according to CELINE’s selling ceremony.
- Drive local client network growth and recruit prospect clients.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and provide follow-up.
- Capture and update relevant client information to retain and detect new clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Achieve all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Track physical inventory and inform the manager about product replenishment.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards according to CELINE visual standards.
- Proficiently use POS and participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Ensure store functional maintenance and respect stock room guidelines.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
Skills
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Taste for challenge and team spirit.
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
