1. Provide a warm and personalized welcome to clients.
2. Assist sales advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience in line with the brand's standards.
3. Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and consistently offers a welcoming atmosphere.
4. Listen to and identify client needs, offering informed advice and guidance.
5. Present products with appropriate storytelling techniques.
6. Ensure personalized follow-up with clients to foster loyalty.
7. Receive and organize merchandise in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
8. Participate in stock management, including merchandise reception, stock control, and adherence to internal standards.
9. Adhere to Retail & CRM Excellence procedures.

1. Previous experience in retail is appreciated.

1. High sensitivity to products and excellent fashion culture.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
3. Reactivity, dynamism, versatility, result-oriented, and proactive attitude.
4. Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in retail is appreciated.
