1. Provide a warm and personalized welcome to clients.
2. Assist sales advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience in line with the brand's standards.
3. Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and offers a constant welcoming presence.
4. Listen to and identify client needs, provide information and advice.
5. Present products with appropriate storytelling.
6. Ensure personalized client follow-up and foster client loyalty.
7. Receive and organize items according to the boutique's visual merchandising standards.
8. Participate in stock management, merchandise reception, stock control, and adherence to internal standards.
9. Adhere to Retail & CRM Excellence procedures.

1. First experience in retail appreciated.
