1. Provide a warm and personalized welcome to clients.
2. Assist sales advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience according to the brand's standards.
3. Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and always has a welcoming presence.
4. Listen to and identify client needs, provide information and advice.
5. Present products with appropriate storytelling.
6. Ensure personalized client follow-up and foster client loyalty.
7. Receive and organize products in accordance with the boutique's visual merchandising.
8. Participate in stock management, merchandise reception, stock control, and adherence to internal standards.
9. Follow Retail & CRM Excellence procedures.

1. High sensitivity to products and excellent fashion culture.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
3. Reactivity, dynamism, versatility, results-oriented, and proactive.

1. Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.

Previous experience in retail is appreciated.
