1. Retail experience required, preferably in luxury or fashion.
2. Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy and sincerity.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
6. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of retail experience is required, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion sector.

Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
