1. Retail experience required, with a preference for luxury or fashion industry experience.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

2. Ability to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
3. Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and sincerity.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
7. Fluency in German and English, additional languages are advantageous.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 5 years of retail experience is required, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
