- Contribute to sales development and monitor the achievement of sales objectives, while motivating and communicating KPIs.
- Provide exemplary customer service by welcoming and advising customers.
- Utilize client book and implement CRM strategies for personal and team growth.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers, and train teams on new products and merchandise.
- Assist the Manager in maintaining visual guidelines.
- Minimize stock loss by supporting management in conducting weekly inventories and bi-annual stock takes, and maintaining stock room standards.
- Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales service within company policies.
- Lead and inspire the team through briefings, training, and direct coaching.
- Instruct and supervise the team in operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and product returns.
- Support the brand's digital evolution and suggest development ideas.
- Act as a CELINE brand ambassador.
- Embody the CELINE spirit with creativity and excellence.
- Minimum of 3 years in Sales and/or Customer Service role in fashion or luxury sector.
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Team spirit and taste for challenge.
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in a Sales and/or Customer Service role within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
