- Contribute to sales growth and achievement of store targets.
- Welcome and advise clients to provide an exceptional experience.
- Share product expertise with clients.
- Demonstrate initiative in suggesting complementary products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained.
- Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
- Support the brand's digital evolution.
- Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH group, embodying the brand's spirit of creativity and excellence.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity.
- Ability to understand and exceed client needs for optimal customer experience.
- Motivation to achieve collective objectives.
- Initiative, service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
