1. Coordinate and support effective management of the shop floor.
2. Motivate and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.
3. Drive utilization of the client book and implement CRM strategies.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers and train teams on new products and merchandise.
5. Minimize stock loss by supporting management in conducting weekly inventories and maintaining stock room standards.
6. Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
7. Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest development ideas.
8. Act as a brand ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group.
9. Embody the Celine spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years in a sales and/or customer service role within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs to provide an exceptional customer experience.
3. Taste for challenge and a strong team spirit.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
