Celine RTW Technician

- Prepare fittings for standardization by gathering necessary information from product developers and organizing archive models.
- Participate in standardization fittings, taking technical notes, measurements, and proposing simplifications for industrialization.
- Engage in post-collection nomenclature review meetings.
- Contribute to technical reviews, addressing industrial challenges with the technical and central purchasing departments, and collaboratively defining action plans.
- Create and communicate technical files to manufacturers, ensuring understanding of alterations.
- Initiate production countertypes and series heads in collaboration with production, prioritizing delivery groups.
- Measure countertypes, series heads, and initial production chain pieces.
- Participate in production fittings and document manufacturing comments and alterations for manufacturers.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve production and industrialization issues, primarily in Italy and France.
- Validate size grading tables for production.
- Adhere to schedules to meet delivery objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion or related field (Bac+2/Bac+3/BTS in soft materials industries or fashion school such as AICP, ESIV, IFM).
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of industrial garment assembly techniques.
- Familiarity with various product families: Flou, Tailoring, Sportswear, Woven.
- Understanding of pattern making.
- Proficiency in Kaledo system and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Recognized for rigor, adaptability, teamwork, organizational skills, and stress management.
- Technical English proficiency; Italian is a plus.
A minimum of three years in a similar position is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion or related field.
