1. Develop and localize global training programs to fit the South Europe market's cultural context and business environment.
2. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
3. Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually, tailored to various learning styles.
4. Oversee the Celine Learning App's adoption and provide support for its effective use.
5. Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments and performance data analysis.
6. Build strong relationships with regional Store Managers and corporate stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements in training programs.

1. Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish proficiency is highly valued.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail training and development.
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems.

1. Adaptability to different learning styles and cultural contexts.
2. Experience managing digital learning apps or mobile learning platforms.
3. Knowledge of mobile learning best practices.
4. Ability to analyze data from mystery shopping and voice of the customer sources.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
