Celine Retail Training Manager

- Develop and localize global training programs to fit the South Europe market's cultural context and business environment.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually, tailored to various learning styles.
- Oversee the Celine Learning App's adoption and provide support for its effective use.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments and performance data analysis.
- Build strong relationships with regional Store Managers and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements in training programs.
- Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish proficiency is highly valued.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail training and development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems.
- Adaptability to different learning styles and cultural contexts.
- Experience managing digital learning apps or mobile learning platforms.
- Knowledge of mobile learning best practices.
- Ability to analyze data from mystery shopping and voice of the customer sources.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years in retail training and development.
