Celine Retail Training Manager

1. Develop and facilitate training programs focused on brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremony.
2. Evaluate training and development needs of boutiques.
3. Strategize with the Training Director to revise or create new training programs based on business needs.
4. Partner with Regional Director and VPs to coach and lead underperforming associates, and evaluate training levels of all employees.
5. Facilitate new hire onboarding for new employees and store openings.
6. Assist with floor support and spot coaching as needed during network travels.
7. Provide post-training recaps to the Training Director and regional teams.
8. Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up.
9. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to develop seasonal product training.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 5 years of training experience in luxury
3. Retail experience preferred
4. Experience in the luxury/fashion business is a plus

2. Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs
3. Proficiency in adjusting priorities and managing time wisely in a fast-paced environment
4. Capability to assess training needs and adapt content as needed
5. Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills
6. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
7. Ability to travel 50% to support North America business and training priorities

Minimum of 5 years of training experience within the luxury sector, with a preference for retail experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, dependent on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
