1. Develop and facilitate training programs focused on brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremonies.
2. Evaluate the training and development needs of boutiques across the region.
3. Strategize with the Training Director to revise or create new training programs based on business needs.
4. Collaborate with Regional Directors and VPs to coach and lead underperforming associates, and evaluate the training levels of all employees.
5. Facilitate new hire onboarding for employees and store openings.
6. Provide floor support and spot coaching during travel throughout the network.
7. Deliver post-training recaps to the Training Director and regional teams.
8. Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up.
9. Partner with the Merchandising team to develop seasonal product training.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of training experience in the luxury sector.
3. Retail experience preferred.
4. Experience in the luxury/fashion business is advantageous.

3. Capability to understand, communicate, and instruct material effectively.
4. Proficiency in adjusting priorities and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
5. Skill in assessing training needs and adapting content accordingly.
6. Competence in tracking and evaluating training effectiveness.
7. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
9. Ability to travel 50% to support North America business and training priorities.

A minimum of 5 years of training experience in the luxury sector is required, with a preference for candidates with retail experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
