1. Develop and localize global training programs to align with the cultural and business environment of the Middle East market.
2. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
3. Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually, adapting methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
4. Manage the adoption and effectiveness of the Celine Learning App within the Middle East region.
5. Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments and performance data analysis.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional store managers and corporate stakeholders.
7. Ensure training programs comply with local labor laws and regulations.

1. Fluency in English and Arabic.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail training and development, focusing on the Middle East market.
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles.

1. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
3. Experience managing digital learning apps and mobile learning platforms.
4. Ability to analyze data from mystery shopping and VOC sources.

Minimum of 5 years in retail training and development, with a focus on the Middle East market.
