1. Promote the use and analysis of main retail dashboards to support retail management in improving store network performance.
2. Ensure process monitoring and consistency across all stores, maintaining stock management best practices and preparing for stocktakes.
3. Animate the community of stock managers and advisors, manage uniforms, and oversee store maintenance and external suppliers.
4. Partner with management to minimize security risks and implement harmonized guidelines for in-store operations and after-sales services.

1. Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
3. Strong project management and analytical skills.
