Celine Retail Merchandising Intern

1. Collaborate with the Central Merchandising Department to support retail merchandising teams across various categories, including Leather Goods, Small Leather Goods, Menswear, Ready-to-Wear & Footwear, and Accessories.
2. Conduct weekly performance reporting and analysis of key indicators across zones and products.
3. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
4. Perform ad-hoc analyses as required.
5. Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings with regional teams.
6. Assist in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.
7. Support product launches and conduct product analyses and competitive benchmarking.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business School or equivalent university degree.
2. Previous internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail is preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in products.
2. Attention to detail and a high level of rigor.
3. Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a demanding environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in English.
