1. Collaborate with the Central Merchandising Department to support Retail Merchandising teams across various categories including Leather Goods, Small Leather Goods, Menswear, Ready-to-wear & Footwear, and Accessories.
2. Develop and maintain strong communication with regional teams and internal stakeholders such as Visual Merchandising, Training, and Supply Chain.
3. Conduct weekly performance reporting and analysis by zone and product, tracking key performance indicators.
4. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
5. Perform ad-hoc analyses as required.
6. Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings with regional teams.
7. Assist in the preparation and participation in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.
8. Support product launches and conduct product analysis and competitive benchmarking.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Previous internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail is preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in products.
2. Attention to detail and rigor in work.
3. Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment.
4. Autonomous with a strong interest in the Retail and Fashion sectors.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluent in English.

Entry-level, suitable for students with some internship experience in related fields.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.

Full-time internship for six months with a mandatory school internship agreement.
