1. Assist the Central Merchandising Department in supporting Retail Merchandising teams across categories such as Leather Goods, Small Leather Goods, Men's, Ready-to-Wear & Footwear, and Accessories.
2. Develop privileged contacts with various internal stakeholders including Visual Merchandising, Training, and Supply Chain.
3. Conduct weekly performance reports analyzing zones and product performance, and track key indicators.
4. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
5. Perform ad-hoc analyses.
6. Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings with regions.
7. Assist in preparation and participation in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.
8. Provide support for product launches.
9. Conduct product analyses and competitive benchmarking.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university program.

1. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in products.
2. Attention to detail and rigorous work ethic.
3. Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a demanding environment.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English.

Previous internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail is appreciated.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
