1. Collaborate with the Central Merchandising Department to support retail merchandising teams across various categories, including Leather Goods, Small Leather Goods, Menswear, Ready-to-Wear & Footwear, and Accessories.
2. Conduct weekly performance reporting, analyzing key metrics across zones and products.
3. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
4. Perform ad-hoc analyses as required.
5. Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings with regional teams.
6. Assist in product launch support and participate in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.
7. Conduct product analyses and competitive benchmarking.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail is preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in products.
2. Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
3. Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a demanding environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English.

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with some internship experience in related fields.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
