1. Conduct performance analysis of the Haute Parfumerie & Beauty category, including weekly data consolidation and key facts analysis.
2. Update monthly performance metrics for Fragrance Ambassadors.
3. Coordinate 360° activation efforts for new product launches and boutique openings, ensuring effective internal communication.
4. Organize regular meetings and create seasonal newsletters for the Fragrance and Beauty ambassador community.
5. Perform competitor analysis of luxury beauty brands during key commercial peaks.
6. Prepare and participate in bi-monthly regional meetings and manage specific regional requests.
7. Coordinate with various departments to prepare important meetings and support the roll-out of the perfume engraving service.
8. Lead a designated project from inception to completion.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information.
3. Adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment.
4. Fluency in English and French, essential for global communication.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business or equivalent.
