1. Analyze performance data for the Haute Parfumerie & Beauty category, including weekly reports and monthly updates on Fragrance Ambassadors.
2. Coordinate 360° activations to support new product launches and boutique openings, ensuring effective internal communication.
3. Organize and animate the Fragrance and Beauty ambassador community through regular meetings, newsletters, and performance updates.
4. Conduct competitor analysis of luxury beauty brands during key commercial periods.
5. Prepare and participate in bi-monthly regional meetings, manage regional requests, and support perfume engraving service roll-out.
6. Coordinate with various departments for specific needs and co-prepare important meetings.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business school or equivalent university program.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information.
3. Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fluency in English and French for effective communication across global regions.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business or a related field.
