1. Assist the Central Merchandising Department in various product categories including Leather Goods, Small Leather Goods, Menswear, Ready-to-Wear & Footwear, and Accessories.
2. Develop and maintain privileged contacts with various internal stakeholders such as Visual Merchandising, Training, and Supply Chain.
3. Conduct weekly performance reporting and analysis by zones and products, and monitor key performance indicators.
4. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
5. Perform ad-hoc analyses and prepare monthly meetings with different zones.
6. Prepare and participate in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.
7. Support product launches and conduct product analysis and competitive benchmarking.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) at a business school or equivalent university program.
2. Previous internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail is appreciated.

1. Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in products.
2. Attention to detail and rigor in work.
3. Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a demanding environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in English.

Entry-level, suitable for students with some internship experience in related fields.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.

Full-time internship for six months with an obligatory school internship agreement.
