1. Analyze the performance of the Haute Parfumerie & Beauty category, including weekly data consolidation and key fact analysis.
2. Update monthly performance metrics for Fragrance Ambassadors.
3. Conduct ad-hoc analyses such as cluster projects, new product launches, and non-sellable analysis.
4. Coordinate 360° activations to support new product launches and boutique openings, ensuring internal communication.
5. Organize regular meetings and create seasonal newsletters for the Fragrance and Beauty ambassador community.
6. Monitor and communicate the performance of yearly challenges on a monthly basis.
7. Perform competitor analysis during key commercial peaks, focusing on novelties, digital communication, and pop-up activations.
8. Prepare and participate in bi-monthly regional meetings, managing specific regional requests.
9. Coordinate with various departments for specific needs and co-prepare significant meetings such as the perfume committee, 3YP, and Budget.
10. Support the roll-out of the perfume engraving service.
11. Lead one project from inception to completion.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information.
3. Reliability and attention to detail.
4. Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in both English and French.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business or a related field.
