Celine Retail Merchandiser - Men's Leather Goods

- Support the Men's Leather Goods Director in implementing the global merchandising strategy to drive growth in the men's segment.
- Conduct detailed analyses of business and collection performance, initiating actions such as visual merchandising pushes, stock rebalancing, and distribution prioritization.
- Monitor weekly sales and sell-through by region, managing reorders and transfers as necessary.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for meetings with central departments and top management.
- Offer strategic support on budgets and three-year plans.
- Prepare buying plans, pre-buy quantities, and core offers for buying sessions, including ad-hoc regional analysis.
- Advise and support regional merchandisers to ensure adherence to central guidelines and prepare zone reviews.
- Collaborate with the 360 transversal team to build and implement comprehensive product pushes.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain partners to ensure timely deliveries throughout the season.
- Manage day-to-day requests from local merchandisers and coordinate centrally.
- Work with the global visual merchandiser to ensure displays align with sales trends and guidelines.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising or buying within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills.
- Product sensibility and market awareness.
- Autonomous, proactive, and agile in approach.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 5 years in a retail merchandising or buying position within the luxury business is required. International experience is considered advantageous.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
