1. Support the Men's Leather Goods Director in implementing the global merchandising strategy across various regions to drive growth in the men's business.
2. Conduct detailed analysis of business and collection performance, initiating relevant actions with partners such as visual merchandising pushes, stock rebalancing, distribution prioritization, training, and 360 implementation plans.
3. Monitor weekly sales and sell-through by region, coordinating reorders and transfers as necessary.
4. Provide ad-hoc analysis for meetings with central departments and top management.
5. Offer strategic support on budgets and three-year plans.
6. Prepare for buying sessions, including buying plans, pre-buy quantities, and core offerings, while advising and supporting regional merchandisers to ensure adherence to central guidelines.
7. Collaborate with the 360 transversal team to build and implement comprehensive product pushes.
8. Work with production and supply chain partners to ensure timely deliveries throughout the season.
9. Manage day-to-day requests from local merchandisers and coordinate centrally.
10. Collaborate with the global visual merchandiser to ensure proper display in accordance with sales trends and guidelines.

1. Master’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising or buying within the luxury sector.

2. Product sensibility.
3. Autonomous, proactive, and agile.
4. Ability to work transversally with other teams.
5. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in English and French.

A minimum of 5 years in retail merchandising or buying within the luxury industry is required. International experience is considered an advantage.
