Celine Retail Merchandiser - Accessories

- Monitor and drive daily business performance and sell-through rates.
- Develop and implement tailored action plans with regional teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Business Planning, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and Marketing to optimize product launches.
- Propose strategic restocking plans, both opportunistic and permanent.
- Ensure balanced pricing strategies by monitoring strategic product pricing and competition, implementing necessary adjustments.
- Define permanent product offerings and assortment strategies.
- Construct purchasing and assortment strategies by cluster and region for each collection.
- Contribute to collection briefs by analyzing current season sales, conducting competitive pricing analysis, and synthesizing regional needs.
- Organize and manage showrooms, including estimating total volumes per line and assisting in central pre-purchases.
- Update purchasing tools and store segmentation, and participate in OTB planning with Business Planning and regional teams.
- Lead meetings with regional buyers to review assortments and quantities, and validate quantities per reference by region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
- Strong retail and numerical acumen.
- Deep sensitivity to fashion and luxury sectors.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and proactive skills.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and autonomy.
- Curiosity, openness, and strong communication, listening, and observational skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Retail Merchandiser or Buyer role within the fashion industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent qualification.
