1. Monitor and drive daily business performance and sell-through rates.
2. Develop and implement tailored action plans with regional teams.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Business Planning, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and Marketing to optimize product launches.
4. Propose strategic restocking plans, both opportunistic and permanent.
5. Ensure balanced pricing strategies by monitoring strategic product pricing and competition, implementing necessary adjustments.
6. Define permanent product offerings and assortment strategies.
7. Construct purchasing and assortment strategies by cluster and region for each collection.
8. Contribute to collection briefs by analyzing current season sales, conducting competitive pricing analysis, and synthesizing regional needs.
9. Organize and manage showrooms, including estimating total volumes per line and assisting in central pre-purchases.
10. Update purchasing tools and store segmentation, and participate in OTB planning with Business Planning and regional teams.
11. Lead meetings with regional buyers to review assortments and quantities, and validate quantities per reference by region.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
2. Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
3. Strong retail and numerical acumen.
4. Deep sensitivity to fashion and luxury sectors.
5. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and proactive skills.
6. High attention to detail and precision.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and autonomy.
8. Curiosity, openness, and strong communication, listening, and observational skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Retail Merchandiser or Buyer role within the fashion industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent qualification.
