1. Monitor market performance against actuals, budget, forecast, and plan.
2. Ensure consistency checks of financial data submissions and integration into systems.
3. Evaluate regional dynamics and challenge business options from a financial perspective.
4. Alert on performance risks and unmet objectives.
5. Identify opportunities and make recommendations.
6. Act as the Central Financial Control reference for the region and facilitate regional interactions.
7. Consolidate and analyze regional P&Ls across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and outlets.
8. Analyze and challenge retail investment requests, ensuring alignment with internal and group validation processes.
9. Consolidate and analyze CAPEX in collaboration with zones and store planning teams.
10. Contribute to reporting and analyses for the Group and CELINE management.
11. Participate in finance tool evolution projects and act as a key finance user for the IT department.
12. Propose optimizations for existing tools, reports, and analyses.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an international environment, preferably in retail, audit, or financial control with a business analyst or reporting dimension.

2. Excellent command of Excel, Power BI, and Syrus consolidation tool

4. Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines
5. Initiative and strong interpersonal skills
6. Curiosity and engagement
7. Fluency in English

Minimum 5 years in an international setting, with a preference for retail, audit, or financial control roles involving business analysis and reporting.

Business school, university degree, or master's in Finance and Financial Control or equivalent.
