Celine Retail Financial Controller

- Monitor market performance against actuals, budget, forecast, and plan.
- Ensure consistency checks of financial data submissions and integration into systems.
- Evaluate regional dynamics and challenge business options from a financial perspective.
- Alert on performance risks and unmet objectives.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations.
- Act as the Central Financial Control reference for the region and facilitate regional interactions.
- Consolidate and analyze regional P&Ls across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and outlets.
- Analyze and challenge retail investment requests, ensuring alignment with internal and group validation processes.
- Consolidate and analyze CAPEX in collaboration with zones and store planning teams.
- Contribute to reporting and analyses for the Group and CELINE management.
- Participate in finance tool evolution projects and act as a key finance user for the IT department.
- Propose optimizations for existing tools, reports, and analyses.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an international environment, preferably in retail, audit, or financial control with a business analyst or reporting dimension.
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent command of Excel, Power BI, and Syrus consolidation tool
- Attention to detail and structured approach
- Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Initiative and strong interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and engagement
- Fluency in English
Minimum 5 years in an international setting, with a preference for retail, audit, or financial control roles involving business analysis and reporting.
Business school, university degree, or master's in Finance and Financial Control or equivalent.
