1. Manage new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring operational efficiency.
2. Oversee daily store operations and resolve related issues.
3. Update and maintain the retail operations manual to meet audit standards.
4. Ensure consistent housekeeping and merchandising standards.
5. Implement and monitor security measures, conducting investigations and reporting on incidents.
6. Manage operational costs and liaise with vendors for efficient spending.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by store teams.
8. Plan and support retail meetings to motivate and inform store teams.
9. Calculate monthly store commissions and analyze sales performance.
10. Align manpower planning with business needs.
11. Manage ad-hoc projects such as Friends and Family sales and store initiatives.
12. Act as a business partner to retail management to enhance operational standards and sales.
13. Analyze KPIs and initiate programs to drive business objectives and sales.
14. Maintain and improve the Celine retail handbook to align operational standards.
15. Drive new initiatives to enhance retail operation and performance.
16. Implement and improve programs such as the 'Voice of the Customer' initiative.

1. Significant experience in retail operations and management.

1. Strong knowledge of retail operations, business analysis, and KPI measurement.
2. Self-motivated with initiative and urgency.
3. Exceptional organizational skills.
4. Detail-oriented with proficiency in Excel.
5. Strong negotiation skills and customer awareness.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in various retail industry roles, including retail operations and management, is required.

A degree from a business school, university, or equivalent in business or retail management.
