Celine Retail Assistant

- Support the Retail Manager in daily operations, focusing on commercial coordination between Head Office functions and the retail network in France.
- Monitor sales and performance metrics for each boutique.
- Track quarterly and semi-annual incentives, compiling data for Store Managers' evaluations and monthly communications.
- Analyze team performance using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare and oversee action plans and timelines based on business needs.
- Organize network activities, including meetings and showroom schedules.
- Manage agendas during showroom periods, including fashion show invitations and client appointments.
- Dedicate time to boutique operations to ensure adherence to high service standards.
- Define and oversee projects, such as digitalized remote sales.
- Manage uniform logistics.
- Identify and standardize best practices across boutiques.
- Assist with various in-store tasks, including inventory, e-commerce support, and new process implementation.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university, preferably with a specialization in Fashion/Luxury.
- Strong organizational, proactive, and motivational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and availability.
- Passion for fashion, autonomy, maturity, and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
