- Ensure compliance with organizational and staff standards, including group meetings and creating reports, analysis, and tracking tools.
- Participate in the drafting of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Follow up on sales trends and KPIs with an overview per country and store typology.
- Monitor performance with local clients and tourists to facilitate clienteling initiatives.
- Follow up on daily stock KPIs, performance flow, receptions, transfers, and reservations using internal tools like PowerBI to ensure high qualitative standards.
- Assist management with daily business activities and administrative tasks such as suppliers, invoicing, planning, and licenses.
- Work cross-functionally with headquarters on global projects for the growth of the South Europe region, including new openings, pop-ups, retrofits, and CSR projects.
- Partner with retail operations, IT, e-commerce, maintenance, logistics, and client services to troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when needed.
- Follow up on the cycle count calendar shared by the stores and monitor the outcome of inventories.
- Oversee that all new employees are equipped with necessary tools, such as phones and staff looks.
- Follow up on staff look and the implementation of grooming guidelines.
- Monitor stores’ back-office activities to ensure proper compliance with procedures and manage flows such as packaging, stocks, checkouts, after-sales service, and distance sales.
- Graduate in Economics, Business Management, Fashion Business, Law, Engineering, or related areas.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI is a strong plus.
- Interest in compliance topics such as health and safety, anti-corruption, and data protection.
- Organizational skills, sense of priorities, and agility.
- Good interpersonal skills, ownership, empathy, and curiosity.
No prior experience required; ideal for recent graduates.
Graduate in relevant fields such as Economics, Business Management, Fashion Business, Law, or Engineering.
