1. Achieve market sales objectives and profitability goals for the West Coast region.
2. Maintain high operational and merchandising standards across up to 8 FSS, Concession, and Off-Price Boutiques.
3. Develop and implement market-specific business plans with Store Leaders to drive traffic and expand the client base.
4. Collaborate with corporate partners to support regional expansion and new store openings.
5. Foster superior customer experiences through the development of Store Management teams.
6. Ensure the highest level of customer service in regional stores.
7. Oversee staffing and recruiting in collaboration with Human Resources and Store Leaders.
8. Maintain visual merchandising standards as per corporate guidelines.
9. Manage product performance and inventory accuracy in partnership with Operations.
10. Implement retention initiatives and career path opportunities in collaboration with Human Resources.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury.
3. 3-5 years of multi-store management experience.
4. Product experience in luxury or high-end retail, particularly in Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear, or shoes.

1. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proven leadership abilities to motivate sales teams.
3. Exceptional organizational skills.
4. Strong computer proficiency.

A minimum of 12 years in a retail environment, with at least 3-5 years in multi-store management, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

The compensation ranges from $185,000 to $220,000 annually, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
