Celine Regional Director

- Achieve market sales objectives and profitability goals for the West Coast region.
- Maintain high operational and merchandising standards across up to 8 FSS, Concession, and Off-Price Boutiques.
- Develop and implement market-specific business plans with Store Leaders to drive traffic and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to support regional expansion and new store openings.
- Foster superior customer experiences through the development of Store Management teams.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service in regional stores.
- Oversee staffing and recruiting in collaboration with Human Resources and Store Leaders.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per corporate guidelines.
- Manage product performance and inventory accuracy in partnership with Operations.
- Implement retention initiatives and career path opportunities in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury.
- 3-5 years of multi-store management experience.
- Product experience in luxury or high-end retail, particularly in Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear, or shoes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate sales teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
A minimum of 12 years in a retail environment, with at least 3-5 years in multi-store management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
The compensation ranges from $185,000 to $220,000 annually, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
