1. Achieve market sales objectives and profitability goals for the West Coast region.
2. Maintain high operational and merchandising standards across up to 8 boutiques.
3. Develop and implement market-specific business plans to drive traffic and client development.
4. Collaborate with corporate partners to support regional expansion and new store openings.
5. Foster superior customer experiences and uphold CELINE's culture and values.
6. Monitor sales performance and coach store managers to meet sales and productivity targets.
7. Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
8. Oversee staffing, recruiting, and personnel matters in collaboration with Human Resources.
9. Implement retention initiatives and career development opportunities for staff.
10. Communicate corporate initiatives and directives to field management and teams.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 12 years in retail, preferably luxury, with 3-5 years in multi-store management.
3. Experience in luxury or high-end retail, particularly in Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear, or shoes.

4. Strong proficiency in computer skills.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 years in a retail environment, with at least 3-5 years in multi-store management, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The annual compensation ranges from $185,000 to $220,000, depending on skills and experience.
