- Achieve market sales objectives and profitability goals for the West Coast region.
- Maintain high operational and merchandising standards across up to 8 boutiques.
- Develop and implement market-specific business plans to drive traffic and client development.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to support regional expansion and new store openings.
- Foster superior customer experiences and uphold CELINE's culture and values.
- Monitor sales performance and coach store managers to meet sales and productivity targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Oversee staffing, recruiting, and personnel matters in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Implement retention initiatives and career development opportunities for staff.
- Communicate corporate initiatives and directives to field management and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 12 years in retail, preferably luxury, with 3-5 years in multi-store management.
- Experience in luxury or high-end retail, particularly in Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear, or shoes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide sales teams.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in computer skills.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 years in a retail environment, with at least 3-5 years in multi-store management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
The annual compensation ranges from $185,000 to $220,000, depending on skills and experience.
