1. Assist in the purchasing process, including the creation of Purchase Information Sheets for order placement by subcontractors.
2. Ensure the supply of components for ongoing projects by liaising with suppliers on production, delivery, and timelines.
3. Participate in managing tenders for new projects, including dossier preparation, supplier response tracking, and offer analysis.
4. Aid in negotiating prices, timelines, and payment terms with suppliers.
5. Monitor orders placed by Celine or subcontractors from placement to receipt.
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to manage supplier disputes.
7. Contribute to the assembly and management of Industrial Cost Prices (PRI) during project phases.

1. Student in business school or university (Bachelor's or Master's level) with initial internship experience in the fragrance/cosmetics sector.

1. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
6. Strong interest in the luxury fragrance and cosmetics industry.

Entry-level with initial internship experience in the fragrance/cosmetics sector.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress from a business school or university.
