1. Oversee the entire leather goods manufacturing process to achieve targeted volumes and efficiency.
2. Manage a team comprising 6 Production Supervisors, approximately 250 workers, and 2 Industrialization Technicians.
3. Motivate, support, and guide production staff to maintain a high-performance environment.
4. Set productivity goals for each manufacturing team and ensure their attainment.
5. Ensure daily and weekly production plans are adhered to, providing feedback to the planning department.
6. Compile progress reports on efficiency and other key performance indicators.
7. Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
8. Communicate regularly with upper management regarding production issues.
9. Oversee staff scheduling and manage recruitment, versatility, and development plans.

1. University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial manufacturing context.

1. Expertise in manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
3. Ability to coach, motivate, and build strong teams.
4. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
5. Strong negotiation skills.
6. Proficiency in computer applications.
7. Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in a production management role within an industrial manufacturing environment is required.

University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
