Celine Production Coordinator

- Oversee the entire production process for the knitwear category in Ready-to-Wear, from development to warehouse delivery.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturers, purchasing, quality, and development teams to ensure product delivery aligns with Celine's quality standards.
- Participate in the review of collections and initiate pre-standardizations.
- Organize and lead standardization processes and unblock graded component purchases.
- Create technical dossiers and launch production prototypes.
- Act as the primary technical contact for manufacturers throughout production.
- Organize and participate in prototype fittings and ensure production readiness.
- Control initial production runs and ensure quality.
- Contribute to production feasibility analysis and pricing for the category.
- Ensure accurate bill of materials and their exportation into the ERP system.
- Manage illustrated order dispatches and create manufacturing orders.
- Develop production tracking tools and communicate updated delivery schedules weekly.
- Validate production invoices and ensure receipt of production at the warehouse.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent, such as from ESIV or IFM.
- Significant experience in Ready-to-Wear production.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with OrliWeb and PLM Centric.
- Strong team collaboration and adaptability skills.
- Fluency in English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in Ready-to-Wear production.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent.
