1. Participate in the industrialization and production monitoring of the Men's Ready-to-Wear Chain and Weave division.
2. Master the production cycle of shirts, sportswear, and tailored garments.
3. Collaborate closely with buyers, quality assurance, development teams, manufacturers, technicians, and pattern makers.
4. Prepare and participate in standardization meetings and technical reviews.
5. Measure prototypes and participate in production fittings.
6. Assist product technicians and production managers in daily tasks.
7. Manage the referencing and stock of prototype archives.
8. Disseminate production nomenclatures and input orders into ORLIWEB.
9. Allocate materials for production prototypes to manufacturers.
10. Plan receptions of prototypes and initial production runs.
11. Participate in weekly planning meetings with manufacturers and update finished product deliveries.
12. Collect cutting reports from manufacturers.

1. Enrollment in a business school, fashion school, or engineering school with a specialization in textiles preferred.

1. Interest in textiles, fashion, and luxury goods.
2. Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with various departments and manufacturers.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Curiosity and proactivity.
6. Fluency in written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.

A brief initial experience in ready-to-wear is appreciated.

Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
