1. Participate in the creation and development of collections.
2. Oversee the operational aspects of development, from prototype and sample launch to reception.
3. Manage tracking tools such as the collection plan and total collection overview.
4. Develop sales support tools, including writing briefs, training materials, and product descriptions for the website (PIM).
5. Coordinate collection photoshoots in collaboration with press, image, CRM, and digital teams.
6. Monitor product flows, manage loans for press, image, and digital, and handle archiving.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business School or equivalent university program.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Interest in the footwear industry.
3. Sensitivity to leather craftsmanship.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

A first experience in product development is advantageous but not mandatory.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
