1. Participate in the development and elaboration of collections.
2. Oversee the operational aspects of development, including the launch and reception of prototypes and samples.
3. Manage tracking tools such as collection plans and overviews.
4. Assist in creating sales support tools, including product briefs and descriptions for the website.
5. Coordinate collection photoshoots in collaboration with press, image, CRM, and digital teams.
6. Manage product flow, handle loans for press and image, and maintain archives.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business School or equivalent university education.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Interest in footwear and leather goods.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A preliminary experience in product development is advantageous.
