- Serve as a strategic business partner, providing insights to maintain CELINE's competitive edge and market leadership.
- Drive continuous cost optimization across various categories, focusing on measurable savings targets.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to optimize budgets through alternative processes and breakthrough ideas.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with suppliers to foster innovation and ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, championing responsible sourcing practices.
- Contribute to CELINE's sustainability goals by promoting sustainable practices and setting ambitious environmental targets.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies for both retail and corporate environments.
- Manage a team of facility managers, technicians, and support staff, providing leadership and performance management.
- Develop and manage the annual facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 10 years in a global leadership role within luxury fashion or related industries.
- Proven experience in facility management is advantageous.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with high-end materials and suppliers is essential.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with creative teams.
- Strong track record of strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to navigate global supply chains and manage cultural differences.
- Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
