1. Lead a purchasing team with expertise across diverse categories, ensuring CELINE remains at the forefront of industry trends and innovation.

4. Collaborate with the Finance team to optimize budgets through alternative processes and breakthrough ideas.
5. Cultivate long-term relationships with suppliers to foster innovation and ensure the highest standards of quality.
6. Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, championing responsible sourcing practices.
7. Contribute to CELINE's sustainability goals by promoting sustainable practices and setting ambitious environmental targets.
8. Develop and implement facility management strategies for both retail and corporate environments.
9. Manage a team of facility managers, technicians, and support staff, providing leadership and performance management.
10. Develop and manage the annual facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

1. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 10 years in a global leadership role within luxury fashion or related industries.
2. Proven experience in facility management is advantageous.
3. Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4. Demonstrated experience with high-end materials and suppliers is essential.

1. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
2. Ability to influence and collaborate with creative teams.
3. Strong track record of strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier relationship management.
4. Ability to navigate global supply chains and manage cultural differences.
5. Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
