Celine Press Showroom Coordinator

- Manage internal requests for prototypes across various departments including Production, Studio, and Product Development.
- Create new collections and handle press orders, ensuring integration into Launchmetrics and proper labeling.
- Ensure product sheets are complete with the Data team for international shipments.
- Coordinate with the Studio to manage the archives of collection looks.
- Regularly dispatch obsolete prototypes for VAP or marketing returns.
- Conduct regular inventories of collections.
- Maintain the showroom and prototypes, coordinating with workshops and arranging for dry cleaning as needed.
- Handle requests for shoots and internal events, coordinating with Ecommerce, Advertising Campaigns, and Clientelling teams.
- Assist in organizing Press Days in Paris and regions, coordinating product selection and logistics with VM, Product, Image, and Supply Chain teams.
- Support fashion show preparations, including sending invitations and gifts.
- Assist Press & VIP teams with logistics, including arranging special international shipments and providing necessary customs documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, management, or logistics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
- Organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in coordination, management, logistics, or flow management roles, with a necessity for experience in fashion and luxury.
Bachelor's degree in administration, management, or logistics.
